Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and update shipment files in FreightStream, including file numbers, voyage details, and shipment dates.

Request, review, and upload commercial documentation into FreightStream.

Coordinate with Entry Writers and the Brokerage Manager as needed to ensure timely processing of entries.

Review documentation for accuracy and compliance, including piece count verification and consistency between invoices and packing lists.

Investigate and update file records, ensuring all shipment information is complete and current.

Manage daily tracing reports and follow up on pending items.

Perform data entry and maintain organized documentation records.

Implement updates to filing systems and processes as directed.

Work Schedule

Guadalajara Office 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience.

Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role.

You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Knowledge of Customs Mexican Regulations and MX customs law.

Analytical mindset.

Advance English level.
