We impact our clients through: Review of current operations and exemptions Review of current sales tax collection/exemption certificate collection Negotiation with state tax authorities to limit assessments Penalty waiver applications Acquisition target vetting Monitoring and navigating legislative changes Our broad list of specialties, from state and local audit defense to due diligence reviews and transaction planning, provides clients with solutions that help them get through the changes and identify beneficial opportunities.

experience

in public accounting or industry CPA license required; MST a plus Expert knowledge individual, partnership and corporate state and local income tax laws and principles Working knowledge of state and local sales and use tax laws and principles Outstanding communication
