Position Summary

The Senior Tax Specialist serves as the organization’s subject matter expert in international tax. This role is responsible for a wide range of international tax functions, including compliance, reporting, audit support, balance sheet reconciliation, research, process improvements, and providing financial insights. The position collaborates with internal stakeholders across CAE USA and CAE Inc.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in international tax. Mentor current tax accountant on International Permanent Establishment issues. Prepare quarterly and annual international tax reports.

Maintain organized and accurate tax records and documentation. Identify and pursue all applicable tax credits related to our International activities. Partner with the Contracts Department to review international tax terms on new contracts.

with international tax knowledge. Advanced

in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred

with Costpoint, Cognos, Adaptive, and Hyperion (HFM) CPA or CMA certification or Advanced Degree. Security
