A Tax Director required to

oversee direct client handling, oversee Staff supervising leveraging complex

research and analyzation of sophisticated tax strategies.

• Prep tax returns – individual, Fiduciary, Corporate, Partnership and

Multistate.

• A to Z of accounting tax, planning, preparation, review, research.

• Reporting standards.

• Tax risk management - solutions collaboration with Partners.

• Tax procedures, financial statements solo.

• Tax returns, audits.

• Oversee team day-to-day duties of planning, tax work.

• Supervise, train and mentor tax staff

Requirements

Requirements: Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• CPA

• 7+ years at CPA firm

• 5 years of supervisory leadership.

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Prioritize assign tasks based on skill set of team.

Skills ideal nice to have

• using UltraTax CS, Checkpoint, Intuit products or similar.

• Strong Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS, Checkpoint, Microsoft Office, and

Intuit QuickBooks.
