**Jobdescription:**

As

the Tax Equity Manager, you will oversee the company's tax equity financing

activities, ensuring efficient monetization of residential and commercial

assets. You will manage a team of analysts, interface with tax equity

investors, and collaborate with various finance team members and executive

leadership to achieve the objectives of each tax equity fund.

**KeyResponsibilities:**

  • Manage

the weekly allocation of assets into various tax equity funds through the

tranching process.

  • Optimize

the tranching process utilizing a team of analysts and proprietary technology

solutions.

  • Collaborate

closely with finance team members, banks, investors, and other stakeholders to

meet the goals of each tax equity fund.

  • Provide

analysis of recent trends in the tranching process and forecast future changes

in tax equity portfolios.

  • Maintain

financial models of tax equity partnerships over a 25-year investment horizon.

  • Produce

consistent and detailed analysis for the benefit of team members.

**MinimumRequirements:**

  • Undergraduate

degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or data analytics.

  • Ten

years of relevant work experience managing a team of junior staff.

  • Proficiency

in financial modeling.

  • Highly

proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business integrated systems such as

Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

**PreferredQualifications:**

  • Graduate

degree in business administration.

  • Experience

in finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting.

  • Background

with tax equity investments from the investor, sponsor, or advisor

perspectives.

  • Experience

in statistics, data analysis, or computer programming.

  • Proficiency

in computer languages such as SQL or Python.

  • Proficiency

in data visualization tools such as Tableau.

  • Strong

problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root-cause analysis.

  • Ability

to research, identify, and solve problems independently.

  • Excellent

written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with executive

management, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

working under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex business

environment.

  • Efficient

time-management, self-discipline, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability

to work effectively as a team player.

  • Strategic

thinking to develop and adapt new processes.
